Full terms and conditions

1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2. To enter participants must send a photograph which includes a pair of Protravel sunglasses to funnieswithsunnies@protraveluk.co.uk along with their name, email, company name and telephone number.
   
3. Photographs must be received between June 1st and September 30th 2010. The winner will be notified by October 15th 2010.
   
4. Photographs will be judged by Protravel, and the sender of the winning photograph judged by Protravel will be entitled to the prize.
   
5. Protravel reserve the right not to enter photographs if they are deemed unsuitable, defamatory or explicit. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
6. There is one prize for 2 adults which includes return economy flights from London to Miami, 4 nights 4* hotel accommodation, airport transfers, VIP entry to Nikki Beach and travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions).
   
7. The prize must be taken by 31st May 2011 and travel excludes Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. Stays must include a Saturday night.
   
8. Transport between home and the airport is the responsibility of the prizewinner.
   
9. Protravel accept no responsibility for hotels / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Protravel will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
   
10. The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
    
11. By submitting a photograph you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion and agree to your photograph being shown on the Protravel website which is a public domain.
    
12. By submitting a photograph you confirm that you have got permission from any other persons that may be featured and they are happy to appear on the Protravel website.
    
13. All entrants will automatically be registered to receive our quarterly newsletter. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can opt out at any time by emailing us at funnieswithsunnies@protraveluk.co.uk
    
14. By participating in this promotion you agree to participate in any accompanying PR that Protravel may wish to undertake.
    
15. Any tax liability arising from the award of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
    
16. The winner’s details will be available by sending a SSAE to ‘Funnies with Sunnies’, Protravel, P&MM Ltd, Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LY.
